Consent Validity

Consent Initiation request validity varies from provider to provider

Airtel:

If the user has not approved/rejected the consent even after 7 days from the request initiated, the number would be deleted from Airtel’s end. The user will have to trigger the consent process again to approve/reject consent.

Jio:

In Jio, if the user does not respond then the number stays pending till the expiration time.

Idea/Vodafone:

In the case of Idea/Vodafone, the consent request message is initiated from the freight tiger end and there is no pending state. If the user does not give missed call then the number is treated as an unknown number.

Consent validity varies from provider to provider,

Airtel:

In the case of Airtel, once a number is approved and actively tracked, it stays active. If trips are getting created frequently the number is getting tracked, consent will stay forever on an Airtel number. However, if the number is not tracked in the last 180 days, the number loses consent.

Idea/Vodafone:

In the case of Idea/Vodafone, the missed call is invalidated after 90 days from missed call date and consent expires.

Jio:

In the case of Jio, the consent expiration time can be configured(1 day to 180 days from the initiation date). At the moment expiration time is configured to 180 days, which means a consented number stays consented for 180 days

On a consented number, we enable tracking on the creation of a trip and disable it when there are no active trips on the number.
