Raise a technical issue with Freight Tiger

This article explains how to report an issue to Freight Tiger Technical team.

Instructions

  1. Go to the Freight Tiger Help Centre

  2. Search our knowledge base for the support you are looking for. We are constantly improving the knowledge base so that you quickly get the support you need

  3. Should you not find what you are looking for, then raise a ticket

  4. As you raise a request, you will get suggestions that you can read. Please check if the solution to your problem is already provided.

  5. you can track all your requests in simple to use dashboard

  6. Check the progress on your ticket and you can even escalate your ticket if you like.

 

All issues created via this method will be monitored for following SLAs:

  1. Time to resolution

  2. Time to first response
