Master Data Sync

Customer master sync (FT Consignee)

This report will sync customers from SAP and create consignee in FT system. If customer code is provided, it will sync only the customer. If a customer account group is provided, the report will sync all the customers with the account group. Report will decide the create or update based on the last sync status by the report. It is advised to run the report periodically to get the date synced.

Material master sync (FT Material)

This report will sync materials from SAP and create material in the FT system. If material code is provided, it will sync only the material. If a material group or material type is provided, the report will sync all the materials with the type. Report will decide the create or update based on the last sync status by the report. It is advised to run the report periodically to get the date synced.

Vendor master sync (FT Transporter)

This report will sync Vendors from SAP and create transporters in the FT system. If vendor code is provided, it will sync only the vendor. If a vendor material group is provided, the report will sync all the vendors with the group. Report will decide the create or update based on the last sync status by the report. It is advised to run the report periodically to get the date synced.

Plant master sync (FT Branch)

This report will sync plants from SAP and create branches in the FT system. For this report plant code is mandatory and the report has to be executed with plant code if there is any change in plant after syncing the report. Report will decide the create or update based on the last sync status by the report.

Transactional Report:

Activity cockpit

This report will be used by the end users in their day to day work. Users can track the Trips by using this report. It will show all the lists of Trips created or failed to create the Trip. Once the error for the Trip is fixed, users can retry creating the trip from the cockpit from the cockpit.
