Data Storage & Security

All of Freight Tiger applications store data in highly secure and scalable world-class AWS cloud servers.

Following are the key points to note:

  1. Freight Tiger's APIs are HTTPS so the message passing (assuming message here means API calls) are over a secured channel where the messages are digitally signed by both parties.

  2. The data stored in Freight Tiger is encrypted at rest.

  3. Freight Tiger shares their IP address which can be whitelisted by its clients

  4. We don't support SOAP based APIs. We only offer REST based HTTP APIs.

  5. Clients can connect with Freight Tiger web services and use a JWT token to authenticate with Freight Tiger systems
